Food and Drink:
- 08:30: toast & honey + milk
- 12:00: cheese sandwiches + carrot and celery sticks + sultanas & banana + water
- 16:00: chicken risotto with mushrooms & peppers + yoghurt + water
Sleep:
- 13:10 - 14:00
Activities and Comments:
- Today we went out to the little park and there we saw squirrel's playing. Child said "what are they doing Sharon?" He wanted to join in and play!
- We have been puddle busting today splashing in puddles just as Peppa Pig does using vocabulary like splish splash splosh, wet, dry & shiny.
- We have been playing a numbers game using Hippos dominoes. They are simple subtraction sums but we tailored it for his age group. So we had to find the matching shoe bow, hippos face and an equals sign with a number... He was very good at this well done!
- Gingerbread men decoration went down a treat. He chose the sweets and carefully placed them with a lot of thought and consideration. He asked me to put the 'glue' (icing) on in specific places.
- My chocolate brown cushions make excellent "mud patches" for the big truck to drive through and to get stuck in the mud. "its stuck in the mud" he says. He follows with "we need a rescue!"
