Back to: «Childcare Legal Requirements Policies and Documents.
This policy outlines the importance of inclusion in the child minding setting.
Every child, parent will be welcomed and made to feel comfortable in the surroundings of this setting. Everyone will be treated and respected as individuals in their own right.
I will always ensure the guidelines of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) are adhered to all times, and that all visitors to to the setting are treated inclusively.
Every child will have access to all our equipment and activities, providing it is safe and age appropriate.
I will challenge any form of prejudice, and will not tolerate any forms of discrimination against anyone in this childminding setting.
I will encourage all the children in my care to respect each other and I will provide an inclusive positive atmosphere that promote equal opportunities.
