It is my policy in my childminding setting to care for all the children in my care to the best of my abilities. I do however appreciate that from time to time there may be reasons for a complaint to be made.
If any parent/carer should have a complaint regarding the care their child receives then they should make an appointment to see the me the registered childminder. I will document the complaint and work with the parent/carer to resolve the situation.
If I the childminder fail to reach a resolution with a parent/carer then they will be advised to take the matter further with OFSTED the address of which follows:

I will endeavour to try and sort out any problems parents/carers may have regarding their children, and will support their decision to seek the advice of OFSTED.
